CJSC EXPO specialists provide all necessary technical recommendations and consultations. Specialists' visit to the facility for supervision and launching-tuning work resolves a lot of Customer's problems, allowing to use all functions of the equipment. For all (un)loading equipment manufactured by CJSC EXPO, we provide warranty and service maintenance in timely fashion, as well as mechanical rubber items, spare parts, ensuring convenience and long operational life for the Plants. We also provide detailed technical information for all model range.

Flexible approach to payment gives our Customer indisputable financial advantage. With a view to develop production activity, optimize technical equipment set, our Customer's production fund and implementation of big modernization and reconstruction projects of CJSC EXPO (un)loading Plants, we offer leasing form of purchase. Specific features of every deal determine agreement on payment terms through bill of credit and partial advance payment.

There are different option on equipment shipment, depending on the Customer's needs (rail way container, express railroad shipment, by air, by sea, including shipment from CJSC EXPO store in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Besides, cargo is insured which eliminates transportation risks. Insurance companies we use are in the top ten in Russia, e.g.. INGOSSTRAKH, ROSNO, which have branches in Komsomolsk-na-Amure.
